Notice to Mariner No. 82-2004

 
SUBJECT : ISPS CODE – VESSELS CALLING AT F.O.A.A WITH SECURITY LEVEL TWO OR THREE

Further to our Notice to Mariner No. 80 dated 16/06/04, the port Security Officer will board all vessels calling F.O.A.A with security Level 2 or 3 to furnish the DoS with S.S.O.

Inspection and transportation charges will remain unchanged as that in Notice To Mariner No. 80.
 

These vessels must leave from F.O.A.A once they finish receiving their services, they will be allowed to receive their services (Bunkering, De-slopping, Freshwater, Crew Change, Stores, etc..) for a maximum of 12 hours only.

Following conditions apply if the vessel would like to remain after receiving their services or awaiting orders,

A Two Patrolling Boats will patrol near the vessel till sailing from F.O.A.A, these Patrolling Boats will be charged Dhs. 600/ per hour per boat.
B V.H.F Channel 8 should always be on watch for the conversation among the vessel's bridge, patrolling boat and the Control Tower.
